Position Overview:
Achieving Performance Targets for Motorcycles, Spare Parts, Service, Accessories and Credit. This involves planning sales programs for his sales area, developing and maintaining Sales Agents, supervising branch personnel and their work, overseeing collection and credit investigation activities and service and spare parts.
Tasks:
- Review and Recommendation of all CIRs.
- Monitoring of Account Aging.
- Monitoring & development of Sales Agents.
- Effective supervision of all branch personnel.
- Lead and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
- Manage store operations, including inventory and assets.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive sales and customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and professional development
- Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Maintain strong relationships with local community organizations to promote the store's brand and reputation.
- All other tasks that may be assigned him by his Superior.

- With experience in managing supervisors and rank & file.
- With experience in planning, leading, organizing and controlling.
- Ability to analyze and decide

- With valid driver's license
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in NCR & LUZON
- Work onsite
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php28, Php35,000.00 per month
