- Implement and monitor the Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (EOHS) Management System in compliance with company policies and DOLE regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits; identify hazards and coordinate corrective actions with project management.
- Orient and train site engineers and workers on safety policies, procedures, toolbox meetings, and emergency preparedness plans.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures including drills and safety improvements.
- Monitor availability and compliance of safety tools and equipment, ensuring adherence to approved industry standards.
- Prepare required safety reports, coordinate with regulatory agencies and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with KTMS.PH Integrated Management System procedures.
- Graduate of 4-year College Course with Diploma, preferably degree in Engineering Course is an advantage
- Must have undergone safety related training by an accredited training organization
- At least 3 years' work experience in controlling safety rules and regulations at project site, such as undertaking safety orientation, safety inspection & patrol
- Knowledge in the implementation and supervision of OHS Standard and other requirement and legal requirements, rules & regulations and practice
- Experience in the preparation of reports required by DOLE & DENR on scheduled submission is an advantage
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office Software
- Good oral and written communications skills
