    As a B2B Outbound Agent for our UK Client, you will play a crucial role in prospecting and pre-qualifying potential leads through outbound calls.

    Your primary responsibilities will include making a high volume of outgoing calls, efficiently tracking contacts, and meeting daily targets for successful calls.


    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct a high volume of outgoing customer calls or cold calls to pre-qualify prospects.
    • Efficiently track contacts provided by the company to ensure calls are made and results are recorded accurately.
    • Enter details of successful calls promptly and accurately into Google Sheets or designated trackers.
    • Meet daily targets for successful calls to maintain productivity and achieve desired outcomes.

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years of experience in handling B2B sales in a UK account/client.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English.
    • Proficient in computer and data entry skills.
    • High level of personal accountability and responsibility for meeting targets.
    • Willingness to work afternoon shifts to align with UK business hours.
    • Must be 100% onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
