    Qualifications:

    • Minimum1year experience working for Freight forwarding/logistics or supply chain firms is a plus
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales/customer service environment
    • Proven conflict management and decision-making abilities
    • Experience using HubSpot would be beneficial
    • Experience working with international clients is a plus
    • Accuracy and attention to detail essential
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a highly productive team

    Day Shift Work Setup:
    Hybrid-(Makati Office)Legazpi Village, Makati City, Phils. What you'll be working on
    • Liaise with overseas agents and customers in providing quotations for both import and export
    • Liaise with overseas agents, shipping lines, and Australian transport companies for rate procurement
    • Maintain Pricing Tariffs
    • Maintain Agent Contact Listing
    • Maintain a strong and positive relationship with all customers, and ensure swift fulfillment of all customer needs
    • Provide assistance to the Sales and Bookings Team as required
    ● Liaise with customers via both in and outbound calls for pre-sales and post-sales inquiries as required, including the recommendation of services, following up of quotations, and taking orders
