    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Overview

    We are seeking an experienced BPO HR Supervisor to lead and oversee our Human Resources operations, ensuring smooth and effective execution. Reporting to the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing and guiding our team of HR associates and specialists towards achieving departmental objectives.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Lead, develop, and supervise a team of HR associates and specialists, providing mentorship, guidance, and support in their day-to-day activities.
    • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand organizational goals and objectives, aligning HR initiatives accordingly.
    • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives to support organizational strategy and compliance requirements.
    • Oversee the administration of HR programs including compensation and benefits, leaves, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, and morale.
    • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, recommending best practices and modifying policies as necessary to maintain compliance.
    • Stay informed about trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in HR, talent management, and employment law, and communicate these changes to upper management and the HR team.
    • Participate in the development and management of the departmental budget.
    • Facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff.
    • Perform other duties as required by the HR Director.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in HR management or supervisory role.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
    • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
    • Proven supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Adaptability to the needs of the organization and its employees.
    • Prioritization skills and ability to delegate tasks effectively.
    • Thorough understanding of employment-related laws and regulations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
    • Willingness to travel as required.
