- Coordinate and direct with Patrolmen/Onsite security officers ensuring adherence to client's requirements and guidelines.
- Support Control Room Operations in scheduling, and rostering qualified security officers upon client's requests.
- Handles Control room operations in creating and generating security reports as provided by patrolmen/onsite security officers.
- Answer inbound and making outbound phone calls to and from Clients, Security staff, Police if needed.
- Monitor and interpreting security alarms as communicated by Alarm monitoring firms.
- CCTV Monitoring
- Communicate with Office Managers, Operations Supervisors, and Directors with any matters involving systems, onsite incidents, security issues among others.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a BPO set up, preferable but not required
- The ability to communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds (both verbal and written)
- High level of integrity and commitment to company on/or site policies and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, data driven environment
- Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and ensure the secure storage and appropriate use of all sensitive materials
- Ability to work ASAP - 1 April 2024

About Talice Security
Talice Security is a locally owned and operated company that has been providing security services in the Northern Territory for over 40 years. Throughout this time, weâve grown from a small one-person operation to our current organisation of over 150 employees across a number of different clients. Now, we are expanding our operations to IT Park, Cebu, Philippines, offering a competitive salary range from P30,000 - P35,000 per month.
We are currently looking for safety conscious Control Room Operators who are attentive to detail, and able to work with a diverse group of stakeholders.
