    About the Role

    SmartScale360 is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator / Healthcare Scheduler to support our U.S.-based home care clients. You'll manage caregiver schedules, perform real-time monitoring, and ensure full shift coverage to deliver uninterrupted patient care.

    This role is ideal for candidates with home care scheduling, workforce management, or real-time coordination experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and optimize caregiver schedules across multiple clients
    • Monitor real-time attendance and resolve call-offs or gaps
    • Coordinate replacements, shift swaps, and intraday adjustments
    • Maintain accurate records in WellSky, AxisCare, ClearCare, or similar
    • Generate staffing, attendance, and utilization reports
    • Collaborate with Operations, Recruitment, and HR to align staffing needs

    Required Qualifications

    • 1+ year of scheduling or patient coordination experience
    • Experience in home care, healthcare, staffing, or BPO
    • Strong English communication and coordination skills
    • Experience with scheduling systems or WFM tools (NICE, Verint, Genesys, etc.)
    • Strong Excel and reporting skills
    • Reliable remote work setup

    NOTE:  It is ideal to to secure an NBI clearance upon application to avoid delays in matching

    Work-From-Home Requirements:

    • Device: Intel i5 + 8 GB RAM minimum
    • 100 Mbps internet
    • Backup device, internet, and power supply

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with U.S. healthcare accounts
    • Tools: WellSky, AxisCare, ClearCare, NICE, Verint
    • Excel/reporting skills
