    Position Summary:

    The Senior HR Manager (HR Business Partner) for Cebu Operations serves as both a strategic advisor and operational leader within a labor-intensive manufacturing setting. This role partners closely with the operations leadership team to ensure HR strategies are effectively aligned with business priorities—especially in the context of high-volume production and a diverse workforce.

    Key Areas of Responsibility:

    Strategic HR Partnership

    • Work collaboratively with plant leadership to align HR programs with key operational objectives such as productivity, quality, and safety.
    • Lead workforce planning initiatives to address changing production needs and ensure a pipeline of ready talent.

    Talent Development & Performance Management

    • Develop and implement training programs for frontline leaders and production supervisors.
    • Provide coaching to managers on performance management, effective feedback, and succession planning.

    Employee Engagement & Retention

    • Create and execute engagement strategies tailored to a shift-based, high-volume workforce.
    • Track retention metrics and lead efforts to reduce turnover and boost employee morale.

    Compliance & Labor Relations

    • Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, occupational health and safety standards, and internal policies.
    • Oversee labor relations, including grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.

    Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management

    • Support change initiatives related to operational efficiency, workforce restructuring, and cultural transformation.
    • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and enhance the overall employee experience.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
    • At least 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant-based environment.
    • Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws, labor relations, and workforce dynamics.
    • Proven ability to influence and coach leaders in a fast-paced, production-driven setting.
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
    • Demonstrated success in improving employee engagement and retention in labor-intensive operations.
