A Customer Experience Specialist at the company will be part of a team responsible for driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. The specialist will interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a positive experience.
They will research and investigate new products, listings, sellers, and quality concerns; work with other departments to resolve open questions; collaborate with management to improve systems and supply chain efficiency; and make quick, financially sound decisions regarding inventory and buyer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in French and English (written and verbal).
- Preferably with BPO experience.
- Must not be currently employed or connected with any company at the time of application.
