    Overview

    The HR Trainee will support the HR team in delivering key people initiatives across engagement, wellness, talent management, HR compliance, and account-level support. The role provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR operations and involves working closely with line managers and different HR units to help maintain a positive and well-coordinated workplace environment, like how HR Business Partners collaborate with stakeholders

    Key Responsibilities

    Employee Engagement

    • Assist in implementing initiatives focused on social collaboration, health and wellbeing, and community service
    • Collect and conduct basic analysis of engagement data to help identify areas for improvement
    • Coordinate engagement activities at the account level and support the preparation of monthly reports

    Health & Wellness Programs

    • Support wellness interventions and fitness programs that promote employee wellbeing
    • Help organize an annual wellness calendar aligned with employee needs

    Talent Management Support

    • Assist with key HR cycles such as performance management, talent reviews, and development planning
    • Coordinate documentation related to promotions and role movements with the Talent Management team

    HR Compliance & Employee Relations

    • Support awareness efforts related to company policies and code of conduct
    • Assist with documentation for corrective actions and other compliance processes

    HR Administrative Support

    • Provide daily HR coordination for assigned accounts and support various HR programs and change management initiatives

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (open to fresh graduates)
    • Interest in engagement, wellness, talent management, and HR operations
    • Good communication, organization, and analytical skills; able to multitask with a positive attitude
    • Basic MS Office skills; Excel proficiency is an advantage
    • Willing to work night shift and report onsite
