    At Noco design is the heartbeat of everything we do. As a designer here, you'll participate in website projects from inception to launch and often even far beyond. Your role is to turn client needs into clean and functional web designs. We pride ourselves on continuously delivering projects with top-tier aesthetics and on-brand designs.

    Together with our Lead Designer, our Development team, and Noco's leadership team, you will be working on projects for SaaS and Tech companies that are set up for rapid growth. You know how to communicate clearly, you're comfortable with presenting your ideas and designs and you know how to convince people why they should move in the direction you've created.

    You will be joining a remote-first team with people across the world. While we don't work under the same roof, we are a tight-knit group of people. We organize gatherings throughout the year and are in direct communication with each other all the time.

    You are responsible for

    • Design of intuitive websites with refined aesthetics and made with great eye for detail;
    • Applying the right design and aesthetics based on the type of organization and target audience in order to ensure on-brand output;
    • Sketching and wireframing websites to ensure Noco and its client are aligned on the project's direction; and
    • Alignment with colleague designers, developers, and partners (copywriting, photo- or videography, SEO services, etc.) to ensure efficient and flawless deliveries.

    The essential stuff

    • You hold a degree or presentable experience in the field of UX and UI design for websites;
    • You're interested in psychology, human behavior, cognition, and how this all influences the design of the websites we build;
    • You have a great eye for detail and you understand the power of typography, proportions, colors, shapes, interactions, and animations;
    • You know Figma like the back of your hand;
    • You're flexible in your approach, know how to deal with feedback, and you're dedicated to the delivery of the best quality possible; and
    • You're organized and disciplined, and you take responsibility for your work.

    Scoring bonus points with

    • Writing great copy that supports your designs;
    • Experience with no- and low-code tools, in particular with Webflow;
    • Skills to create motion graphics and other animated visuals;
    • Knowing your way around with Javascript, CSS, and HTML;
