    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • College Graduate/Bachelor's degree in any field
    • At least 3-4 years of training lead experience handling social media content moderation account
    • Must be able to supervise at least 8 trainers and has strong experience in training delivery in a BPO settingPRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Lead Training Team within the location
    • Single point of contact for all Training Escalations
    • Management of training needs and analysis
    • Development of training plans to fulfill training needs
    • Management of training needs requests, labs and trainer Scheduling and reports
    • Develop and manage relationships with Internal and External Clients
    • Analysis basis the available data and drawing inference to bring back the learning in Training Class
    • Development of trainers
    • Liaison with other functions
    • To incorporate feedbacks/inputs by clients and internal customers to enhance the efficiency of training
    • To plan and facilitate update/refresher/upskill training for the floor associates
    • Manage attendance & shift incentive for the team on map
    • Preparing and updating training reports periodically
    • Ensuring Delivery of high quality training and as per the defined processes
    • Keep oneself and ensures one's team is updated, aware of, and compliant to all
    • Company policies and procedures which include Information Security Management Systems
