Our Consumer Lending Group is looking for experienced professional to join us in Zamboanga in the role of Sales Officer.

This role will involve providing crucial support to the Sales Team, encompassing tasks such as pre-screening, telemarketing, pre-booking, and proficiently managing loan documentation.

What The Role Will Entail

• Spearhead initiatives to position EW as the preferred brand among dealer-partners and their agents across Visayas and Mindanao, actively seeking referrals and converting them into booked accounts to strengthen EW's market presence.
• Drive EW to become a leading institution offering Consumer Lending products in Visayas and Mindanao, establishing the Bank as the preferred choice for Corporations and business partners seeking financial solutions.
• Lead the Consumer Lending Cluster to significantly boost EW Stores' production in Visayas and Mindanao, establishing the Bank as the go-to brand for depositors seeking Auto Loans, Personal Loans, and Credit Cards.
  
  

What Were Looking For

• At least a Bachelor's/College Degree of any course.
• Demonstrated proficiency in sales and operations roles, specializing in consumer loan products.
• Possesses strong communication abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Exhibits a willingness to learn, meticulous attention to detail, and self-driven motivation, thriving in a minimum supervision environment.
• Willingness to render overtime as needed to meet business demands.
• Demonstrates the commitment and flexibility to work onsite as required by the position.
