    Position will assist Compliance Officers with management and execution of key compliance oversight activities. The Compliance Associate will be responsible for participation in compliance auditing & monitoring activities.

    • Able to critically review data and determine
    • Skills in use of information systems, databases, Excel and Microsoft Word
    • Analytical Thinker
    • Strong organizational skills and an orientation to deadlines and detail
    • Enjoys working as a member of a cohesive team, and is good at doing so
    • Well-developed communications and consensus building skills
    • Ability to efficiently follow process flows
    • Relevant Bachelor's Degree
    • Willing to work in a graveyard shift

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Obtain compliance training reports for each hospital/TPR markets and provide to hospital compliance officers
    • Track and record hospital and TPR education and training provided by compliance professionals.
    • Provide welcome packets to new TPR compliance champions, new practice managers, and leaders at TPR.
    • Pull and prepare compliance matter data and compliance committee meeting data for compliance officers in the hospitals and TPR. Including: CMs, PMs, trends
    • Obtain purchase journal and intercompany payment information from IMMS for referral sources for each quarter.
    • Identify new referral sources on payment reports and ensure they are identified correctly.
    • Obtain payment supporting documentation for referral source payments.
    • Ensure there are active contracts for identified referral source vendors.
    • Document audit components into referral source forms to capture audit results.
    • Provide hospital referral source audit results to compliance officers/associates on a quarterly basis.
