    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handles all labor-related concerns or inquiries.
    • Attends to all labor-related conferences or hearings as needed.
    • Coordinate with Labor-related sectors on compliances or requirements.
    • Serve as the organization's representative to ALL DOLE related conferences, seminar, etc.
    • Stay abreast of local labor laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to our business operations.
    • Investigate complaints, concerns, or allegations related to labor relations violations, ensuring prompt and thorough resolution in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to labor relations activities, incidents, investigations, and compliance efforts. Prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of Human Resource Management or any four (4) year business course.
    • At least 4 years HR industry exposure, 2 years of which must be spent handling labor relations compliance and documentation.
    • Data organization and storage knowledge.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
    • Good organizational and time management skills
