Job SummaryResponsible in sourcing candidates online, updating job ads, screening and selection, documentation and conducting background checks.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and SelectionMeet with Human Resources to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company.

Prepare job ads and source qualified candidatesConduct paper screening with recruits to gauge interest, personality, and salary requirementsContact and schedule applicants for face-to-face initial interviewAdminister exams for assessment.

Coordinate hiring activities to concerned departments like schedule of interviews and status of hiringUpdate recruitment database:

OdooSubmit weekly accomplishment reportCheck complete submission of pre-employment requirementsOther HR related tasks:Ensures update of employee records in HR databaseEmployee RelationAnswers queries regarding HR related issuesOther tasks that may be assigned from time to timeQualificationsMust be a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or any related courses.

With at least (2) two years experience in handling recruitment; Previous experience in interviewing and assessing potential hired for technology positions and assisting with onboarding processesAbility to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any technical questions a potential hire may haveProficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidatesStrong interpersonal skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsWell-organized, efficient and approachable
