This role develops and executes sales strategies tailored to each channel, builds and maintains key account partnerships, and ensures smooth coordination of product proposals, negotiations, and order fulfillment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in business, retail management, or other relevant fields.
With at least 5 years of work experience in a related industry, such as luxury retail, optical, fashion, or other sectors of comparable size, complexity, and significance.
Minimum of 3 years managerial experience, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring teams, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in retail operations, salesmanship, and customer experience.
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Must be willing to be assigned and travel extensively based on operational requirements
Must be willing to work on holidays / weekends based on operational requirements

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Channel Sales Development: Drive revenue growth across B2B Corporate, Casino, and OTC channels by identifying leads, securing accounts, and managing the end-to-end sales process.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate buyers, casino partners, and OTC distributors to ensure repeat business, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and ensure timely tracking of inquiries, proposals, negotiations, and order conversions.
Proposal & Deal Structuring: Prepare tailored sales proposals, product bundles, and pricing strategies based on client profiles, purchase behavior, and margin targets.
Order Fulfillment Coordination: Collaborate with merchandising and operations teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and excellent aftersales service.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and logistics to align sales initiatives with product availability, campaigns, and inventory flow.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track sales performance against targets, generate reports, and provide insights to refine strategies and improve commercial outcomes.
Market Expansion & Lead Generation: Identify new corporate opportunities, institutional events, or retail partners for OTC placement to expand business reach and market penetration.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure accurate recordkeeping of sales transactions, contracts, and pricing agreements in compliance with internal protocols.
