    As an international company, we are looking for a Procurement Engineer – SCADA based in Makati City, Philippines.

    Job Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Business or related field
    • 3+ years' experience in a procurement or supply chain role, ideally within construction or renewable energy, control systems or automation projects
    • Experience issuing and managing RFQs, purchase orders, and basic supplier agreements
    • Understanding of SCADA, communications infrastructure, or industrial control systems
    • Understanding of procurement documentation, technical specifications, and construction drawings
    • Experience with ERP or procurement systems
    • Strong written and verbal English communication skills and ability to work remotely with international teams

    Job Description:

    Procurement Support

    • Provide timely and accurate procurement support aligned with project schedules and requirements.
    • Source and engage suppliers for SCADA, RTUs, PLCs, networking equipment, communication systems, and control infrastructure.
    • Prepare and issue RFQs and technical documentation for control and communications packages.
    • Review supplier quotations for compliance with technical specifications and commercial requirements.
    • Support negotiations through commercial analysis and benchmarking.
    • Assist in issuing purchase orders and tracking procurement status.
    • Maintain procurement documentation, logs, and supplier records.
    • Coordinate delivery schedules and documentation with AU/NZ teams.

    Tender & Estimating Support

    • Obtain supplier pricing for SCADA and communications systems during bid phases.
    • Assist with technical and commercial comparisons for vendor selection.
    • Support development of preliminary sourcing strategies and cost estimates.
    • Provide benchmarking data for control systems and communications equipment.
