• Process daily transactions for a range of different industries
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Process accounts payable
• Process accounts receivable
• Process payroll
• Prepare Activity Statements, Payroll tax, and Superannuation
• Provide maintenance of client accounting files
• Assist with month end management accounts
• Draft email communication and handle day-to-day communication with clients

• Business/Commerce degree with Accounting Major
• 5-7 years working in a similar role
• Preferably with experience with Xero
• Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
• Deadline driven
• Intermediate/advanced experience with Microsoft office packages.
• Beneficial to be aware or have used cloud-based accounting apps, Receiptbank, Hubdoc, and KeyPay
