- Execute test cases for new and existing functionalities across web, mobile, or desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using the team's defect-tracking tools
- Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing
- Collaborate with developers and QA leads to understand requirements and expected outcomes
- Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation (test cases, test results, test plans)
- Re-test resolved defects and verify software fixes
- Report issues clearly and concisely, with supporting details or replication steps
- Participate in team meetings, sprint ceremonies, and test planning activities
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
- Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts
- Familiarity with test case writing and bug reporting
- Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)
- Basic understanding of tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Basic knowledge of automation concepts (Selenium, Playwright, etc.) is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to ask questions, seek clarification, and adapt to new tools and processes
