    Responsibilities

    • Build, maintain, and continuously improve formal ISO management systems (e.g., ISO 9001): process design and optimization, documentation and document control, internal audits, CAPA, management reviews, and re-certification readiness
    • Own the ISMS and operational GRC for our IT products and organization: build and operate an Information Security Management System aligned with the ISO/IEC 27000 family (especially 27001/27002, with optional cloud/privacy extensions), translating requirements into policies, controls, evidence packs, and continuous audit readiness
    • DPO / Privacy Officer setup: act as DPO where permissible and conflict-free; otherwise manage the DPO function (external or internal) and ensure GDPR + international privacy compliance through clear governance, independence, and operating processes
    • Develop and define new standards frameworks (e.g., developer standard/ANSA, content/didactics/assessment standards), with a roadmap to external recognition and potential accreditation/certification by local agencies and/or ISO-aligned schemes
    • Manage external accreditations/approvals for continuing education credits (e.g., SHRM, NASBA, Bar Associations, IBF Singapore/Malaysia, etc.), including applications, renewals, evidence management, compliance reporting, and stakeholder coordination
    • Set up and run Vendor & Third-Party Risk Management: due diligence, security/privacy assessments, contract and SLA standards, sub-processor management, and periodic re-assessments
    • Establish AI Governance and drive AIMS readiness (ISO/IEC 42001): policies, risk assessments, human oversight controls, monitoring, and audit-ready evidence
    • Regulatory watch & regional compliance playbooks: monitor relevant regulatory changes and maintain reusable compliance checklists/templates by market (privacy, security, accreditation requirements)
