    Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

    Experience: 5–8 years total HR experience of which 3–4 years should be in HR Operations (mandatory)

    Location: Manilla

    Employment Type: Full-time

    Role Overview:

    The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with business leaders to drive people strategies aligned with organizational goals. This role combines strong HR operations expertise with business partnering capability, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management, operational excellence, and effective people interventions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Business Partnering:

    • Act as a trusted HR advisor to business and corporate leaders on people-related matters.
    • Partner with managers on planning on people related matters, performance management, and employee engagement.
    • Support change management initiatives and enable smooth execution of people programs.
    • Coach managers on employee relations, performance improvement, and policy interpretation.

    HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle (Core Focus):

    • Own end-to-end HR operations across employee lifecycle: onboarding, employee data management, confirmations, transfers, exits, and final settlements.
    • Ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs, coordination with payroll teams/vendors, and resolution of payroll-related queries.
    • Manage HR documentation, compliance, and audits in line with labor laws and internal policies.
    • Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, SOPs, and systems to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
    • Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and analytics for leadership reporting.

    Employee Relations & Engagement:

    • Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters with sensitivity and fairness.
    • Support employee engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, and action planning.
    • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and promote a positive workplace culture.

    Performance & Talent Support:

    • Support goal setting, mid-cycle reviews, and performance evaluation processes.
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition and L&D teams to support hiring, onboarding effectiveness, and capability-building initiatives.
    • Assist in succession planning and internal mobility initiatives.

    Key Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong grounding in HR operations and HR shared services.
    • Good understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
    • Ability to balance operational rigor with strategic business partnering.
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR MIS and Excel.
    • Problem-solving ability with high attention to detail.
    • Hands-on, execution-oriented approach.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's in business administration or equivalent in Human Resources Management.
    • Prior experience working in fast-paced, growing organizations preferred.
