    Senior Game Systems Engineer | Lead Game Engineer | BASED IN MUNTINLUPA

    Are you a skilled and self-motivated programmer who thrives in creative, collaborative environments? As part of our team, you'll be responsible for the complete engineering process involved in developing and releasing a console/PC game.

    • Architect and implement advanced in-game features for a game currently in development
    • Optimize game performance by:
    ○ reducing memory usage
    ○ efficient asset management
    ○ improving load times
    ○ enhancing rendering performance
    • Assist in integrating art, animation, audio, and VFX
    • Collaborate with designers to enhance existing features and gameplay
    • Develop Unity editor extensions as necessary
    • Contribute to visual enhancements of the game, including shaders, post-processing effects, etc.
    • Stay updated on emerging trends in the gaming industry and implement relevant ones to enhance our games
    • Update Unity Asset Store assets used and identify valuable features in each update
    • Research new assets in the Unity Asset Store to streamline development processes
    • Explore and implement necessary frameworks and handle platform-specific certification work (Nintendo, Steam, etc.)
    • Maintain a repository of game-agnostic code and features for future projects
    Requirements:
    • 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry
    • Ability to build and lead a small engineering team
    • Credited on at least two commercial games from inception to completion
    • Proficient in Unity, C#, and familiar with common plugins
    • Expertise in various areas of game programming such as tools, gameplay, AI, performance, UI, and graphics
    • Capable of working independently and efficiently
    • Passionate about games and up-to-date with industry trends
