    Role & Responsibilities:

    1. Need Analysis & Strategy: Identify training needs across departments, analyze employee skills, and develop comprehensive training strategies.
    2. Program Development: Create, update, and manage training materials, including onboarding, technical skills, and compliance training.
    3. Implementation & Delivery: Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs
    4. Evaluation & Reporting: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and report results to senior leadership to demonstrate ROI.
    5. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of trainers or instructional designers.

    Educational/Professional Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree

    Required Skills:

    • Overall 8+ years of relevant industry Experience: Proven track record as a Training Manager, Trainer, or L&D specialist.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting and developing materials.
    • Organizational Ability: Strong project management skills to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
