Employment Type: Full-time (Remote)

We WILL TRAIN the right candidates. NO SALES Experience is necessary, but candidate must be comfortable self-motivating and addressing rejection.

HKINEX provides Sales as a service to US companies, and focuses mainly in supporting high touch and high ticket consulting business sales. Our goal is to build professionals who can operate at an extremely high business level and enjoy the challenge and reward-based work environments and incentives.

Here at HIKINEX our Sales Account Executives are dynamic, high-performing Rockstars. You work directly with Senior Leadership in the United States and will be an integral part of the HIKINEX growth and Outsourced Sales Department. You will be responsible for outbound calling, appointment setting, proposal writing, lead generation, proposal writing, discovery, and client management.

Duties & Responsibilities

⢠Conduct outbound calling to leads to book meetings and discovery calls.

⢠Leverage prospecting tools to identify potential customers and use outbound calling techniques to schedule meetings with identified target accounts.

⢠Schedule highly qualified meetings for sales managers by promoting services to build a sales pipeline

⢠Clearly communicate product/services value proposition to prospects and learn about their needs to see if thereâs a good fit.

⢠Collaborate with marketing, support, sales, and product teams to facilitate new programs, messaging, sequences, campaigns, and offerings.

⢠Adhere to company policies and work standards.

⢠Perform other duties as assigned: Take on ad hoc tasks and special projects as directed by management to support the efficient functioning of the department/organization.

Qualification of Sales

They have good communicationskills and good comprehension
If experienced, it would be nice tohave outbound call and cold call experience; itâs a plus if they haveexperience with handling US Clients - doesnât matter how long as long asthey are good communicators
Make sure they donât have that muchfillers
If no experience, like a freshgraduate. Ask them if they are knowledgeable with sales, if they at leastknow what sales people do. If they are comfortable doing cold calls.
