- Process Support: Provide administrative support for core and ad hoc global TR processes, including annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and the implementation of career architecture.
- Data Preparation: Prepare compensation and benefits data for market benchmarking and internal equity studies.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on key TR metrics, leveraging data to provide insights into program effectiveness.
- Dashboard Design: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Google Sheets) to visualize key Total Rewards data.
- Tool Creation: Create tools for HR Partners and stakeholders to access TR analytics, such as compensation planning tools and benchmarking templates.
- Documentation Management: Create and maintain a centralized repository for all TR documentation, including policy documents, salary structures, and job descriptions.
- HRIS Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the SME for Total Rewards data within the HRIS.
- Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all Global TR data and records.
- University degree in Business, Finance, Human Resource Management or related field
- Total Rewards Operations/Compensation & Benefits or HR Operations, Project Management, and Reporting.
- Experience in a BPO, Shared Services, Tech, or other fast-moving industry.
- Experience handling a headcount of at least 1,000 employees
- Knowledge of audit standards.
- Advanced proficiency in reporting, data visualization, and dashboard creation (specifically Google Sheets).
- High attention to detail with strong audit and data integrity skills.
- Ability to translate complex data sets into clear insights and reports
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Fluent in English.
