EDUCATION
Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in Marketing Management/ Marketing and Sales/ or any related course.

EXPERIENCE
1 year of experience in graphic design is an advantage but FRESH GRADUATESare welcome to apply.

LOCATION
Must be Willing to be assigned in QUEZON CITY

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides effective coordination base on the Events Calendar for the year.
Scout suppliers for materials to be used for the event.
Conduct site visits before booking and negotiating the event space.
Orders food & beverage, supplies, materials & equipment.
Create name tags, registration lists and other materials needed for the event.

Prepares budget and keep track of event finances, including requests and safekeeping of petty cash, checks, contingency funds & receipts or other payment proofs.

Coordinates overnight accommodation and travel arrangement for event participants and staff for out-of-town events.
Coordinates transport of materials.
Coordinate with other Department Heads regarding needs for manning.

Ensure that the supplies and materials are complete and readily available on the site before setting up for the event.

Ensures that the technical equipment has been tested prior to the event proper.

Attend the events to monitor and ensure that the event will run base on the scheduled activities from ingress to egress.

Prepares and submits the report for expenses and handles the liquidation with the Accounting Department
