The Marketing/Admin Assistant assists in executing marketing campaigns, coordinating administrative tasks, and facilitating communication between various departments.They work closely with marketing managers, executives, and administrative staff to ensure the smooth operation of marketing initiatives and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating and updating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
Coordinating events, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities.
Providing administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Maintaining databases and CRM systems to organize customer information and campaign data.
Providing support to senior management as needed.
Qualifications:
