    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering)
    • Preferably with experience in Supply Management and Quality Control
    • Must be a licensed Engineer
    • Willing to work on site / Relocate

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Execute the creation of asset numbers for property, plant and equipment (PPE) / fixed asset transactions.
    • Conduct Barcoding, tagging and inventory for all fixed asset items.
    • Perform the monthly depreciation run of MDC and subsidiaries
    • Analyze inventory movement and inventory discrepancies to support warehouse operations
    • Verify and checks all materials/items movement to Project, Sub-con and other Projects (transfer of fixed assets)
    • Review and approves the disposal of asset requests by operations team to ensure compliance to scrap process
    • Reconcile inventory and fixed-asset variance between the physical count and system balance to ensure accuracy of records
    • Validate purchase request of project site to ensure material optimization
    • Perform audit of warehouse operations
    • Perform other tasks related to assets, warehouse and inventory operations that may be assigned from time to time by Supply Management Manager
    • Conduct process improvement for efficiency and operational excellence.
    • Consolidate and monitors performance of AMLD through given KRAs and provide support to business review presentations.
