- Basic understanding of Database (Oracle), API requests, and responses.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with analytical tools like Glassbox, Splunk, SQL, TAS, JIRA, and Clarify.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Advanced analytical capabilities to identify trends and patterns, spotting opportunities for improvement on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Ability to analyze critical alerts related to business operations, potential risks in transactions, and system development, while running detailed SQL reports with precision.
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent field.
- Desirable to have at least 6 months of experience in BPO.
- Prior experience of at least 6 months in database management.
