Job summary
The collections staff will be responsible for monitoring delinquent accounts and sending timely reminders to buyers with upcoming or overdue payments.Responsibilities
- Primarily monitors delinquent accounts;
- Communicates with buyers thru calls to assist them in settling their accounts and addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding their accounts and payments;
