    Scope of Work
    • Review and analyze the requirements and specifications of the PRIMA Application
    • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
    • Perform manual and automated testing on various browsers and devices
    • Identify, document, and prioritize defects and bugs
    • Track and report the progress and results of testing activities
    • Collaborate with the development team and the project manager to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues
    • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the quality and usability of the SharePoint Platform
    • Conduct user acceptance testing and collect feedback from customers and service providersDeliverables
    • A test plan that outlines the testing strategy, scope, schedule, and resources
    • A test report that summarizes the testing activities, results, and recommendations
    • A defect log that records and tracks the status of defects and bugs
    • A user feedback report that analyzes the satisfaction and expectations of customers and service providersQualifications and Skills
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
    • At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance and testing of web based applications
    • Proficient in testing tools and frameworks
    • Knowledge of SharePoint and web technologies technologies
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
    • Attention to detail and quality orientation
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Experience in agile development methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.
    • Good communication skills can work effectively both as an individual and in conjunction with a team.
