- Provide leadership that guides team members to efficiently handle all audits, investigations, administrative tasks, and follow established procedures.
- Supervise the overall work progress of QA Analysts and Specialists.
- Monitor and evaluate the achievement of the staff and deliver strategic projects either delegated by the Manager or self-initiated.
- Work with cross-functional groups to support and understand Quality Assurance and Quality Control accountabilities and responsibilities.
- Create and manage resource plan, testing strategy, testing plan, change management plan, cutover or deployment strategy and plan.
- Communicate business transformation plans to key stakeholders.
- Communicate and/or escalate quality issues early to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure that the team is compliant with the Company's policies and/or any other regulatory act.
- Develop strategies and control to reduce misses and mishandled events.
- Apply change, risk and resource management principles to QA Projects and Changes.
- Engage stakeholders on changes for quality improvement.
- Provide direction, training, guidance, and support to departmental employees and direct reports.
- Ensure that the team is compliant with the Company's policies and/or any other regulatory act.
- Provide leadership and promote company culture that encourages high performance and high morale, built on empathy and relationships.
- Build a team that embraces innovation and learning.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree of any 4-year course.
- Professional certification such as Lean, Six Sigma, Quality Engineer or Quality Auditor is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of QA experience, and at least 1 year of supervisory/ team leader role.
- Proven track record of leadership in motivating, managing, and directing a diverse workforce (30 employees).
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e., mastery of excel formulas and pivot tables is a must)
- Proficient in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Project, etc.
- Demonstrates experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrates expertise in managing project deliverables and timeline.
- Demonstrates experience in managing issues, risks and quality.
- Understanding of the Video Surveillance industry is an advantage.
- Strong leadership with ability to manage 30 employees.
- Highly detail-oriented to ensure that all work performed by staff is of the highest quality.
- Ability to work in ambiguous environment and adapt to change while managing time and workload with aggressive timelines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact, establish relationships and ability to collaborate with other teams and work effectively with our stakeholders from North America
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of and competency in project management processes, including planning tasks, risk management, time management, quality management, resource management, change management, monitoring and reporting, documentation, and record-keeping.
