    The Assistant Manager – Corporate Recruitment supports the development and execution of recruitment strategies to meet the organization's manpower requirements. This role ensures timely and quality hiring by coordinating with internal stakeholders, managing sourcing activities, and implementing recruitment best practices.

    Assist in Strategy Execution:

    • Support the Recruitment Manager in implementing strategies to fulfill manpower requirements across business units.

    Stakeholder Coordination:

    • Collaborate with Business Development, Account Management, and requisitioning departments to confirm job specifications, timelines, and hiring priorities.

    Talent Sourcing & Assessment:

    • Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to attract qualified candidates.
    • Implement and administer assessment tools to ensure quality placement.

    Candidate Screening & Interviewing:

    • Conduct initial screening and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit.
    • Prepare candidate profiles and recommendations for hiring decisions.

    Onboarding Support:

    • Facilitate pre-employment requirements and assist in initial orientation steps for new hires.

    Compliance & Documentation:

    • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and maintain accurate documentation of hiring processes.

    Market Intelligence & Networking:

    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline through networking and membership in professional organizations.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

    OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

    Education and/or Experience:

    College Graduate Preferably Human Resource Development Management/ Psychology course.

    At least 2 years' experience in the related field
