    We're Hiring: Procurement and Admin Manager (Retail)

    We are seeking a Procurement and Admin Manager to lead procurement, vendor management, and administrative operations for a growing retail organization in the Philippines. This role is critical in driving cost efficiency, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations in a large-format retail environment.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize cost and efficiency


    • Manage supplier sourcing, negotiations, contracts, and performance


    • Oversee purchasing, inventory coordination, and demand forecasting


    • Ensure compliance with procurement, legal, and ethical standards


    • Supervise office administration including facilities, logistics, and support staff


    • Implement process improvements and prepare reports for senior management

    Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field


    • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in large-format retail


    • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and ERP/procurement systems experience


    • Proven leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
