- Data encoding of the movement of the products in the inventory management software system (Quickbooks), and maintenance of Excel files for accounting inventory controls.
- Act as point of contact for customers for sales inquiries
- Responsible for monitoring the inventory of stocks inside the warehouse.
- Prepare documentation of incoming and outgoing of stock.
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly inventory reports and sales performance.
- Undertake inventory audits, accurately reconcile physical inventories, and prepare analysis report for discrepancy and irregularities.
- Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor / College Degree in accounting , Accountancy.
- 3-5 years inventory control/inventory reconciliation and accounting experience
- Computer literate with in-depth knowledge of Excel and Outlook applications. Exposure to Quickbooks an asset.
- Sharp attention to details and solid math skills.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing and multi-tasking skills.
- Flexible, excellent communicator , energetic, independant
- Required Filipino and English
- Applicant must be willing to work Monday to Saturday in Balut, Tondo
