    The position is a Senior Officer role who will render contract management support (CMS) to the Vice President of Legal and Regulatory Compliance and the Legal Counsel (Australia) and the whole Legal and Regulatory Compliance Department which a strong focus on CMS oversight and governance to support Probe's growth strategy.

    The individual is expected to have working knowledge of Philippine laws, paralegal experience, and good research and critical thinking skills.

    The Legal and Contract Compliance Officer will be responsible for the following across Probe CX:


    Contract Management, Compliance and Legal Advisory
    . Maintaining the CMS system and ensuring contracts are up to date, with key fields tagged for reporting purposes in the CMS solution.
    . Updating Account Management register and similar registers within the Legal Department on a regular basis with new contract information including extensions, key dates and new agreements.
    . Assisting in provision of information regarding contracts due to expire in the next 6-12 months for monthly reporting purposes.
    . Reviewing service contracts to identify compliance requirements and assist in auditing contracts for compliance with applicable terms.
    . Advising on client specific requirements and contract obligations.
    . Undertaking due diligence of customers against the Consolidated List or such other due diligence programs required from time to time.
    . Research specific areas of law in relation to corporate law.
    . Drafting legal memorandums, compliance updates and correspondence.
    . Liaising with stakeholders within the business.
    . Facilitates all legal documentation of the Company regarding matters affecting the Company and/or Department.
    . Assists in checking and monitoring other activities of the company as regards adherence to requirements of various legal and regulatory agencies and inform VP of Legal and Regulatory Compliance

    . Assists VP of Legal and Regulatory Compliance in other legal and/or operational matters affecting the Department
    . Performs related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

    Regulatory Compliance
    . Anticipate and guard against legal risks facing the company
    . Assist with monitoring, updates and education relating to corporate governance policies
    . Submits monthly reports to VP of Legal and Regulatory Compliance and Legal Counsel regarding accomplished compliance and legal requirements as well as deadlines of requirements for the month
    . Perform such other roles as may be required by the company and/or assigned by the immediate supervisor


    Administrative
    . Provides overall administrative support to the Legal and Regulatory Compliance Department
