About the Role
As a Level 2 IT Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our MSP partners and their clients.

- Incident Management and Ticket Resolutions: Address issues and service requests that relates to all workstations, servers, networks, devices, software, and general administration tasks
- System Monitoring: Proactively monitor various IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications, to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Documentation and knowledge sharing
- Communication with customers
Ideal Technical Profile
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role.
- Proficient in Active Directory, Microsoft O365, BrightGauge, ITGlue, AutoTask/ConnectWise, Fortinet Firewalls, and Windows Server Administration.
- Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and incident management systems.
- Excellent written and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Eastwood
