- Coordinates with academic and non-academic departments on the delivery of discipline education programs
- Develops discipline materials such as primers and handouts educating students on University policies
- Assists the Discipline Programs Officer (DPO) in the day-to-day implementation and in reviewing all student discipline intervention programs such as the Strengthening Attitude through Values Enhancement and Development (SAVED) Program, SDFO Paragons, Formation On Restructuring Managing the Self (FORMS) and other student discipline-related programs
- Assists the Discipline Advocacy Officer (DAO) in the day-to-day implementation and in reviewing all services, activities and materials pertaining to student discipline-related advocacies such as, Discipline Awareness Month (DAM), Drug Abuse Prevention and Control (DAPC) Week, SDFO Bulletin (office newsletter), and Non-Fraternity Contract/Undertaking (NFC) interviews
- Conducts researches as a member of the SDFO Research Team that studies student discipline cases as basis for policy, education, advocacy and program development

Qualifications:
Educational Attainment:
A degree holder in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Organizational Development, Law, Criminology, Education or other related fields, with a master's degree or its equivalent.
Experience:
Must have at least two (2) years of experience in student formation or in student affairs practice, preferably in a supervisory level.
Training:
Must have adequate training or equivalent experience in program development, counselling, research, investigation and investigative reporting, educational management, or law and must already be equipped with facilitating and processing skills.
Communication Skills:
Must be proficient in oral and written communication, both in English and Filipino.
Job Summary:
General Function
Primarily, he/she is in-charge of conceptualization, development, review, and innovation of discipline education programs which includes student discipline lectures, orientations, class visitations, trainings, pre-hearing consultations and other student discipline education-related activities and services.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Note: Performs other germane duties and responsibilities that may be assigned or delegated by the Director from time to time.
