- Deep understanding of the Southeast Asian ecommerce landscape
- Has worked in a high velocity startup in the past or has been part of the ecomm success stories in the region (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and others)
- Has an entrepreneurial spirit and loves building and growing brands from the ground up
- Lives and breathes TikTok, and ideally has livestreaming experience him/herself
- Is digitally native and has a good understanding of the social media landscape in Southeast Asia
- Strong project management skills and the ability to maintain oversight over multiple work streams at once.

- Lead and train a team of 10 livestreamers - each of which are assigned to a brand in our portfolio
- Determine livestream promotional strategies based on best practices such as discounts, promotions, in-livestream games and more
- Set livestream sales performance metrics and KPI's and track brand performance up measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Stay updated on livestreaming best practices, industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular reports and insights (trends and content) to guide future strategy and optimization.
- Plan and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Join the early stages of a very well-funded startup with top tier investors coming from all over the world.
- Work in a highly entrepreneurial team with experienced people.
