- You will receive a brief from the Account Management team, for what role to recruit – it may be for current clients or new clients.
- All of the clients are in the IT industry, and most of them are in IT Services or software. Not all the roles are technical, but most are.
- We have unique tools for determining technical skills – aka exams. Most of the roles you hire will require you to simply use the exams to filter to the top candidates.
- Some roles will require you to hire without exams. This is where your experience with tech recruiting can help to decide which candidates to put forward.
- You may like to help us develop new exams or tell us about other tools you have used successfully before. But this is not a requirement.
- You will coordinate all the following stages for each role you are recruiting:
- Ensure we understand the client brief. If it is confusing or 'impossible', you coordinate with the Account Management team to see if the client's brief is realistic. We will not try to hire 'unicorns' for unrealistic clients. Instead we help the client to adjust expectations and requirements. Your experience with hiring IT staff will be helpful here.
- Work closely with our dedicated Sourcing Team that looks after the advertisements of the roles, checking of applications, testing and initial interview scheduling.
- Endorse each passing candidate to the client.
- Book them in for a final interview with the client.
- Attend the (video) interview with the applicant and the client.
- Get feedback from the client and adjust the campaign if needed.
- Job offer discussion and preparation of employment contract according to standard process. Make sure that details are discussed with the newly hired staff member and assist them on the details of their onboarding with the help of People and Culture Team (Team Advisors and Human Resources).
- A degree is NOT necessary. We only care about whether you have skills and experience in the role.
- At least 3 years' end-to-end Recruitment experience.
- Significant experience with Filling IT / technical positions.
- Experience working in a BPO is preferred, but not necessary.
- Strong written and verbal English skills. You will have to talk directly to Australian clients, and directly to your Australian boss in Clark.
- You will always have the help and support of the account management team, BUT if you are too scared to speak to foreigners, this role is not for you.
- Experience with simultaneously hiring up to 10 roles is preferred.
