POSITION OVERVIEW:

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for developing and representing the company's brand as effectively as possible, supporting various customer requests and managing the digital responsibilities. Coming up with marketing plans and campaigns and successfully executing them. The outcome of these goals will lead to greater visibility, recall and demand for the company's different brands.

The candidate will work closely with the marketing team and get a full 360 degree exposure to the different facets of marketing.

MARKETING COLLATERAL AND PRESENTATIONS:

• Day-to-day agency management to work on the below items as required: o Catalogues

o Flyers

o Banners

o Adverts

o Billboards

o POS designs - posters, standees, apparel(tshirts, hoodies, cap designs), van/truck wraps etc o Logo designs

• Working on internal/external presentation
• Emailers â Design and content writing, HTML conversion and scheduling

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING:

• Plan the social media calendar

o Work with the Marketing lead to plan the monthly marketing calendar across social media channels

o Grow the social media pages

o Do paid social media campaigns

o Promptly respond to comments and tags and reshare relevant posts, stories and reels

• Creating content

o Should be able to use Canva or other relevant tools to edit raw video footage into reels for social media

o Work with the creative agency to come up with new posts for the social media calendar or impromptu ones as the

ONLINE REPUTATION MANAGEMENT:

• Using the âRadarrâ platform to track, respond and report mentions, reviews, comments across the internet â social media, blogs, forums, tyre trades, mainstream media etc

INFLUENCER MANAGEMENT:

• Manage existing influencers and ensure they are on track with the deliverables
• Identify and on-board new influencers globally
• Grow the influencer program

WEBSITES:

• Working with the agency to ensure the website is up-to-date
• Getting new pages designed as the the company and business requirement.

SKILL SET REQUIREDÂ

• Digital marketing experience
• Social media management and running paid campaigns
• Knowledge of websites
• Experienced in agency management
• Great sense of aesthetic and creative judgement
• Attention to detail
• Excellent presentation skills
• Mid-level knowledge of Excel
• Project management skills, multi-tasking and meeting strict deadlines
• Proof reading and excellent content writing skills
• Basic knowledge of websites and social media
• Curious - open to learning and growing
