- Monitor and report on the performance of optimized business processes
- Continually seek ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with business process modelling techniques and tools
