    About Business line/Function:

    Global Market Securities Settlements team ensures that Security and positions registered in the books under CIB ITO's mandate, match the commitment taken with counterparties within a secure setup, in accordance with Group and Regulatory Policies and/or contractual agreements. Within the Securities Settlement Department, the main processes include pre & post settlement activities, clearing and reconciliations.

    Position Purpose

    This position will be responsible for overseeing production & controls and daily supervision for Fixed Income Settlements & Triparty Collateral Management.

    Responsibilities

    * Processing of FI & Triparty Collateral Management transactions.

    * Building effective and positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    * Creating continuous training program for team members, and day to day support.

    * Ensuring teams perform daily functions following BNP internal risk & control rules.

    * People management regarding regular 1-2-1 meetings and holiday bookings.

    * Reviewing defined operational KPI's.

    * Providing team updates to Head of US Operations Manila and other Global Stake Holders.

    Technical & Behavioral Competencies

    * Candidate must have at least 5-8 years of relevant or combined years of experience in Fixed Income Settlements preferably for the US Markets in a multinational bank or financial institution.

    * Experience with processing of FI & Triparty Collateral Management transactions.

    * Experienced and proficient using DTC, BONY, Access edge, Broadridge supporting the US Market.

    * Detailed Knowledge of Fixed Income settlements including Cash, US Treasury, MBS, TRI-party, Repo and Stock Loan

    * Background in handling a team as an SME or a Team Lead is required given the level requirement.

    * Familiarity with FINRA is a strong preference.

    * Ability to analyze, organize and report efficiently.

    * Flexibility on working methods and changing international environment.

    * Rigorous and reactive to face pressure and reach excellence anytime

    * Diligently follow the set procedures and Compliance policies

    * Knowledge of financial markets and products, and easiness/expertise in dealing with Excel.

    * Must have strong communication skills and ability to interact with different stakeholders from various regions.
