    Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the technology strategy that support the business objectives.
    • Drive innovation in healthcare technology and femtech solutions to enhance our offerings.
    • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a technology leader in the tech, healthcare or femtech industry.
    • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in healthcare and data privacy.

    Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy, aligning it with the company's growth objectives.
    • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities using an analytical and metrics-driven approach.
    • Champion customer retention strategies, focusing on creating and nurturing long-term customer relationships.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or a related advanced degree is preferred.
    • At least 10 years of experience in a marketing role with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position. Experience in a health tech company is highly desirable.
    • The ideal candidate will have experience in scaling a tech business, with an emphasis on digital marketing and data analytics.

    Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the financial strategy of the company, lead financial planning, risk management, and analysis efforts, including forecasting, budgeting, and investments.
    • Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile and ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements related to finance.
    • Serve as the management liaison to the board; effectively communicate and present critical financial matters at select board of directors and committee meetings.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or Master's in Finance/Accounting preferred.
    • 10+ years of broad finance experience such as audit, experience gathering and evaluating financial information and making actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
    • Experience in a leadership role at a high-growth startup or established company within the healthcare, technology, or related industries.
