    About Our Client

    Job Description

    • Lead the development and localization of processes and advertiser/agency service models to ensure effective service and drive growth
    • Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and improve our advertising offerings
    • Extrapolate account level data to uncover vertical and market level data to support business planning across the year
    • Partner with sales team on pre-sale research and pitching, being a trusted partner to sense-check, challenge and co-own next steps
    • Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with senior clients, in collaboration with the sales team
    • Manage custom programs or sponsorships with other departments internally, and lead custom content campaigns and initiatives to ensure assets are distributed and delivered on time
    • Serve as an external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnerships
    • Proactively lead product update discussions, educate brands and agencies on new and existing products, and advise on best practices to drive optimal performance and groundbreaking campaigns
    • Track revenue attainment for teams across the market, providing strategic counsel and actionable next steps to close gaps and maximise commercial activities
    • Planning for and future proofing the market business, with a strong point of view on where the next focuses should be, and how to operationalise success
    • Invest in the team & people. Coach the team on both industry/market know-hows and necessary skill-sets
    • Serve as a player-coach to the team, getting your hands dirty and doing the day-to-day will be required at times

    The Successful Applicant

    • 10+ years of work experience, in digital marketing, product, consulting, communications, or internet technology, with 5+ years of experience managing teams
    • Deep knowledge of the PH marketing landscape, with established relationships with key players in the industry
    • Experience strategizing, planning, and hands on management of performance and branding campaigns with full-funnel solutions
    • Expert in digital marketing channels and products a pro in campaign optimization and measuring success
    • Solid knowledge & experience in tracking, attribution, and measurement logic experience using some of the major tools like GA, Appsflyer, Adjust etc
    • Proven track record of building a profitable book of business, brand-building experience
    • Experience working with e-commerce platforms is a plus
    • Project management experience in a data-driven decision-making environment.
    • Strategic thinker with experience identifying and leading initiatives to drive business performance and operational efficiencies
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Flexible team player who navigates a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment well
    • Highly organized, confident and self motivated individual that is equally comfortable supporting junior team members and communicating with c-suite staff
