    Marketplace Onboarding Coordinator

    Location: Philippines (Remote)

    Client: (Australia's leading online marketplace)

    About the role

    We're hiring a Marketplace Onboarding Coordinator to support sellers joining the Marketplace. This is an operations-focused eCommerce role ideal for candidates with experience in marketplace listings, seller support, or eCommerce operations.

    You'll work closely with sellers and internal teams to ensure product data is accurate, compliant, and ready to go live. If you enjoy structured workflows, problem-solving, and working behind the scenes to make marketplaces run smoothly, this role is for you.

    What you'll be doing

    • Support marketplace sellers through the onboarding process on the platform
    • Assist with product and seller setup, including SKU uploads, listing requirements, and compliance checks
    • Review seller product data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality standards
    • Communicate with sellers via email and calls to resolve onboarding issues efficiently
    • Coordinate with Account Managers and internal teams to support seller success
    • Monitor and action reports related to seller performance and listing quality
    • Flag risks, errors, or gaps early and recommend corrective actions
    • Follow documented SOPs and contribute to process improvements where needed

    What we're looking for

    • Experience in eCommerce operations, marketplace support, or seller onboarding
    • Background with platforms such as Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Walmart, or similar is highly preferred
    • Strong attention to detail, especially with product data and listings
    • Clear and professional written and verbal English communication
    • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, bulk uploads, and online tools
    • Able to manage multiple tasks in a structured, process-driven environment
    • Reliable, organized, and confident working independently with minimal supervision

    A university degree is welcome but not required. We value practical marketplace experience and execution skills.
