Role Objective:

Sales Intelligence Lead to utilize data effectively, drive informed decision-making, and contribute to the success of the sales team and the organization as a whole.
• Sales Intelligence / Research Member will be a part of the Sales Operations team. Conduct extensive web research from avenues such as company annual reports, websites, industry trend and roadmap, market share etc.
• Identify account and contact level insights, signals and proxies, which could effectively be used to determine intent
• In depth deep dive research on accounts, their key stakeholders, org charts & dynamics, their challenges, initiatives/strategies/Roadmap, annual reports study for use in prospecting campaigns
• He/She will work for the Sales & Bid Management team to drive value creation efforts. Primarily responsible for preparing comprehensive Sales Intelligence / Research reports for the companies from the various business industries / verticals TCAP is targeting.
• He/She should provide meaningful & actionable research insights to the Sales / Bid Mgt. team in all sales pursuits with a keen focus on the industry.
• He/She is also responsible for assisting Sales Team in preparing the Strategic Account Plan for the accounts they are targeting from various business industries / verticals. Intelligence provided by him/her should help Sales team in designing the win strategy for the accounts they are targeting.
• With the high focus on quality, speed and accuracy, he/she should be able to quickly edit, compile the Intel data from multiple sources into MS PowerPoint.
• Execute Special Projects as directed by the Head of Sales Operations Management.
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned based on the needs of the business.
• Analyze data of lead generation and sales transition activity in Hubspot CRM
• Works to create documentation of reports and dashboards in accordance with company standards.
