• Lead and manage the leasing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to leasing professionals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in leasing performance.
• Establish leasing goals and objectives in alignment with company targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
• Negotiate lease terms and rental rates with prospective tenants, maximizing revenue while maintaining high occupancy levels.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for leasing team members.
• Prepare leasing reports and analyze leasing metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Cultivate positive relationships with property owners, investors, and external partners to enhance leasing opportunities and partnerships.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes affecting the leasing market.

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• With more than 5 years of experience in leasing management, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a leasing team.
• In-depth understanding of leasing processes, market dynamics, and property valuation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends effectively.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
• Based in Davao or willing to be relocated in Davao
