    Monroe Consulting Group Philippines, an Executive Search Firm, is currently hiring on behalf of a well-known Restaurant chain in the Philippines. We are in search of Restaurant Supervisor responsible for overseeing restaurant operations to achieve set targets by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring operational excellence in line with established standards. This role involves driving sales, managing profitability, and ensuring operational efficiency while adhering to budgets and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.

    Key Responsibilities:Financial Management:
    • Handle daily administrative tasks in store operations.
    • Ensure timely submission of billings and other payables.
    • Monitor accounting reports and prepare sales, cost, and profit analysis.
    • Develop annual plans based on store performance.
    • Ensure sales and income targets are met.
    • Manage labor and food costs within set limits.
    • Maintain operating expenses within budget.
    • Oversee equipment maintenance and calibration.
    • Supervise ordering, forecasting, and inventory management.
    • Implement cash handling procedures and cashiering guidelines.
    • Ensure adherence to product processes and standards.
    • Supervise kitchen and dining operations to maintain food safety and service standards.
    • Enforce safety and security measures during store operations.
    • Address operational concerns and escalate when necessary.
    • Conduct daily briefings to clarify expectations and resolve issues.
    Inventory Management:
    • Plan, implement, and monitor inventory systems.
    • Supervise ordering and inventory maintenance.
    • Implement policies for monitoring spoilages and breakages.
    • Ensure accuracy of product inventory count.
    Brand Management:
    • Implement promotional activities according to marketing plans.
    • Address and document customer complaints.
    • Uphold the brand's service platform.
    • Analyze market data and assist in local store marketing programs.
    • Ensure product availability and promotion according to standards.
    • Conduct pre-opening activities for new stores.
    • Supervise new store opening procedures.
    People Management:
    • Follow recruitment policies and procedures.
    • Delegate tasks based on job descriptions.
    • Develop manpower plans and forecasts.
    • Coach and mentor management trainees.
    • Arrange employee schedules.
    • Set performance targets and conduct evaluations.
    • Address performance gaps through coaching and mentoring.
    • Identify development needs and recommend training programs.
    • Monitor performance for recognition programs.
    • Ensure compliance with the company's code of conduct and handle disciplinary actions.
    Required Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
    • Familiarity with computer operations and office machines.
    Essential Traits:
    • Strong leadership skills.
    • Excellent written and oral communication.
    • Agility, flexibility, and adaptability.
    • Interest in Food Service.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management/Administration, Food Technology, Nutrition, or Business Management.
    • Minimum of three years of relevant operations experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a casual or fine dining restaurant.
    • Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
